okay the video was really great, i loved the blurring and shaking, way to spice it up.
it seems like you could've made an adaptive skin right from the start with the normal zifs and just clay brushed it within half the time, this is where zkifs have me wondering sometimes, for some things they are great but others i'm not so sure. i am glad that we have them though.
do you remember way back when ken brilliant, i think, used to make heads and stuff using normal zspheres and unified skinning the same way. strange how its come full circle.
hehehe thank you very much for the response, it seems we have some things in common.. for example konjo kothar vignar (kothar vignar= ash demon in draconian) is the name of the main character of a series of rpg videogames that i am currently starting a studio to make.
i am also very interested in video effects/ compositing 3d over footage, all that good stuff.
im overseeing a webdesign company, and its so fun to show off zsphere videos to the programmers, i would love to figure out how to put these effects on my vids. its like a videogame boss fight with the music, it makes people want to watch it longer because it makes you wait for a climax. im going to download this free screen recorder right now! thanks again, Mahlikus The Black Magician

I know what you mean. Only two things matter really, the artist workflow of choice and the end result. That is what makes Z so wonderful: It's non-linear freedom of use and exploration to take one's fantasies and ideas and transform them into a digital reality without the technical block to do so.Originally Posted by konjo kothar vignar
As for the old days, one of my favorites and one of the things that make me very nostalgic is the Ken Brilliant Alien Head Zscript.
Woah! I love this! Not only am i learning sketch spheres, but also a little about video compositing! nice!
Well yeah! There is more to the world than Z! *gasp*Originally Posted by dustbin1_uk
Yeah I said it! There is ZBrush and then there are programs that I allow ZBrush to help make look better...lol.![]()
Where do you put your video editing tips? I've been looking for some good After Effects techniques for gritting things up a little - faux tracking glitches, faux digital video glitches, melting film effect, focus pulls and stuff like that.Yeah, it is overdone but that is the point actually. Remember, I use these videos for two reasons. To share here as well as with a video editing community and training for students on how to achieve simple, yet dynamic and powerful video composites.
Best place I know for A/V and AE products and tutorials is Video Copilot.Originally Posted by dustinbrown
