Hi guys, been really busy lately so I've had very little time to spend on her.
Thanks for all the possitive feedback.
This is not the final render, just a few ZBrush screen grabs. Still working on the smaller texture details and she will have more pieces added to her outfit.Textures were polypainted for the base color.Hands still need to be textures also. She will be holding a staff. Anyway thought I would share what I have so far. Crits are always welcome. Hope you enjoy.

can you explain your technique of making those decoration on the jacket ?
is it by masking and using alphas or you just sculpt them on the jacket ?

smeagol: I basically painted in a mask then extruded it, then sculpted in the smaller details to try and give it that carved leather look. Took a long time to do. I will put together a "How to" when I finish the rendering and post it for those who are interested.

Okay, here some images of my work flow for those who wanted to see it. This is just a quick run down of how I usualy work. I model my base mesh in Maya in the "A" pose, I then create all other pieces to fit the model, clothing, armor etc. Once I have a base sculpt on all my subtools I move to the pose phase using Trans Pose,I usualy put my pose on a Layer. Once the desired pose is finished I create another layer to add any additional sculpting tweaks to reinforece the pose I have chosen. For example she has one hand in a fist. On the "Tweak" layer I will go in and add the proper folds and wrinkles to supprt the anatomy for a fist. I do this for all subtools.

can you please explain how you manage to add all the subtools proberly aligned to the posed mesh...it would be great if you could make a timelaps of this process ...a smal example, so i can follow... this would be wonderful...thanks...
