Question Thank You and Help Needed

I got my e-mail YEAH! and THANKS ZB!! I'm so excited to crack it open but I ran into a problem...I downloaded the zip and extracted to C: Program Files while keeping folder names intact and when I hit the ZBrush.exe it keeps giving me an error....I am sure I am doing something silly here has anyone else had this issue or know what I am doing wrong by chance?

    Hi Anne..old friend!
If your running on vista, you have to right click the executable file and run as administrator. If that fails go to the troubleshooting folder and run the programme in there. Then do as I said ..Thats if your running on vista..

Hiya Calum! :O) I thought that was you but didn't wanna say anything incase I was wrong ROFL

As for Windows...no I'm running Windows XP and I keep getting "The application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect, reinstalling the application may fix this problem." I have now redownloaded and reinstalled it like 8 times LOL and I just keep getting it. Do I have to uninstall ZBrush 3 first? or install it in the same folder as 3? I did what it said but there's got to be something I'm doing wrong LOL

What do you do if you think that yahoo's spam filter got it. That happens about half the time. It alway eats the ones from Pixologic support as well. I Dont see why they just didn't make it available through the http://support.pixologic.com website. Would have made a lot more sense.

Do I submit a support ticket?

There is an exe in the Troubleshoot Help folder, run it and then touch zbrush inappropriately!
