Looking good, however if its MJ it really does not look Plasticy enough. Like fake, MJ's face to me looks like Clay that a doctor had to much fun playing with.

    Hi!

    Great progress throughout this thread.

I like your MJ, the face is looking good. Please ignore those comments by others and carry on with this - I'm looking forward to more updates .

    Default Wow

I have only recently started out and it really did help to see your work move to such high detail in a small amount of time, very nice work. Also just wondering how to get version 3.5 because i only have 3.1, Very annoying as i enjoy using Zspheres but can't try out all the new brushes. I never got the email because it was on the Pc when i bought it, will i be able to update for free? Anyway keep up with your extremely good work in my eyes

@jit_gohil: thank I'll be getting back to MJ soon hopefully

@Zak_Keen: thanks, i think contacting pixologic support would be your best bet for getting the upgrade issues sorted out....

here's a bit of an update on my NFL guy, I decided he wasn't angry enough, he looked more scared than anything....

so i started over and made him quite angry this time....

a big update on the angry football man

tried my hand at rendering zbrush stuff in max with mental ray and i must say this is the first time it's really worked for me....lol.....

i'm really happy with how this is coming out....

I'll attempt a render with the helmet on...although sometimes my laptop argues with me over such things....

    @zzagno: thanks

here's a helmet render, laptop chugged through it...lol

i've changed the helmet to just be black for the moment....i'm undecided whether or not to go with a packers helmet or just a generic type of helmet...

    009.jpg

EDIT: and playing with camera angles.....i like this one more than the dead on shot...seems more menacing or something

this is pretty awesome...i think the head looks too thin or small in the helmet though? it just looks really loose...i think it should be more snug on an adult male. still, great expression and render!

yeah it looks a bit thin but thats because i havent modeled the inner padding of the helmet yet....once i put that in it should look fine i think....
