    Hello everyone,

Myself, Jeff Miller and Rodrigue Pralier are moderating a set of 3d challenges, called 3d Jams, over at cghub.com. The challenges will last approximately a month, and there will be Prizes!

The first challenge is based on the world of G.I. Joe. and lasts until August 23rd. You can create a character, vehicle, or environment that is faithful to the designs of the classic animated series, the live action movie, or a re-imagining of your own creation.3d Jams are open to all, and should be fun.

Thanks to the kind folks at Pixologic for allowing us to post this info here! Be sure to post your cool artwork on CGHUB and ZBrushCentral!

Yes, please visit CGHUB and help us make the fist 3d contest a success. Here is the image I did for the banner. It was created (of course) mostly in zbrush. some additional modeling in max and some additional texturing in photoshop. Rendered in max.

Cobra Commander is looking great! Will you do the alternate mask as well?

Love the render, it has a sort of painterly feel to it. Any tips on your lighting/shading/rendering setup?

Top row stuff... it'd help you get even more contestants too.

    Great model and render.
