    Default character wip

    ok im still trying to get down the low poly game character techniques. i'm using a MK ninja for this project. viewport screens from studio max. all maps and textures are done with poly painting and zmapper. actual model done and uv mapped in max. hope to update soon. pointers and suggestions welcome.

    If you read his post properly you'll notice he said that he textured it using polypainting and zmapper.

    Anyway, it's quite a nice model Lenorris except the texturework seems a tad blurry. If you work on the textures some more it'll end up looking far better

    also try messing around with smoothing groups on the mask, it's all hard edges now which makes it looks lowerpoly than it could look with the samepolycount

    thanks for the texture input. i was sort of thinking it could use a little more love, but i didn't want to over kill it. still trying for an in game tekken sort of lookas far as textures go. and i had been planning on completely redoing the mask once i get the free time to do so.
