    looking good! it definitly has got potential

    Something really important with busts is the expression it carries out, you could maybe bend the neck a little to the left or right and give it a facial expression, that would make it more interesting to look at.

    Other crit is that i think you jumped to a higher subdivision lvl too fast, the shape of the muscles could use some more attention as well as the form of the face.

    Another thing is that horns are a great deal in the appearance of these kind of creatures so you should spend extra care with them, google some images of horns and try too recreate those, or take important elements and create your own.

    Hope this helps you, by the way your render is a bit dark and the background a bit distracting.

    slice- thanks a lot, im new to modeling as a whole as well as zbrush so any helpful hint helps, ill contiue to make and post updates

    I just attempted to create a horn to show you what i mean,

    The most important part of a horn are the ridges, thats what makes it look interesting, ofcourse not al horns have these kind of ridges but you get the point.
