Great stuff Cherub ! Love the new one.
Love that you're able to do characters of every flavor whether it's stylized, cartoony or realistic. Signs of a fantastic artist. This latest guy looks really cool. Are the hands a separate subtool from the rest of the body? Looks like it was added in separately later on since it's not part of the base mesh.
Thank for your kind comment Polaroid. Yes, the hands were reused from an earlier model I did. So is the boots base, buttons and the sword (which was created with shadowbox)
P.S. I intended to make it whole from a single zsphere base but I forgot that my pc wouldn't be able to handle all the detail because of the fingers which use a lot of polygons.
this is a lovely stylised sculpt![]()

Practice, practice, practice. Every skill is perishable,. Only by constant practice will you be able to hone your craft.
Aways wonderful creations, I'm wondering if this most popular thread works for you. It's popular by all means, but still wondering.

Hi, I've figured something out, it's not really a big deal as many of you probably know that by moving points of the retopo cage away from the surface you can make a shape that much differs from the underlying mesh. But it's something new to me, and perhaps will be an eye opener to someone else as well. Share the knowledge
Awesome thread!Awesome work. Thanks for the tip, im not familiar with the retopo in zbrush. I usualy use another program to build the lowpoly topology.
Can you share some other stuff about this![]()
