Hey all! It's been a year since I've started using Zbrush and work in 3D altogether for that matter, and so I felt I had to somehow put a seal on it and sail on, hence this Demo Reel 2009 / 2010 which showcases a few turntables and a couple of stills of the last twelve months, but mostly from the last few months, the works I'm most happy with. I didn't mind that some weren't finished and weren't going for a fancy demo reel look, sorry.

Thank you all for publishing and participating on this forum. See you with new works

If you don't mind me critiquing your reel real quick, the turntables were too fast. Especially on the monster with the long neck. Also the mood lighting looks good, but it makes it hard to view the details with such a low level of contrast.

The work itself looks very nice!

Thank you therealJon! I agree, somewhere along the way I made a mistake in rendering it all out in after effects trying out different methods. The turntables were shot before as a separate "movies" so I just left them as they were and reused them hence the lower quality. But I just didn't care all that much, just wanted to get it out of the way and turn a new page.

    Hi Cherub

I like not being able to see all of the details..leaves some room for my own imagination to have fun..

Only one small suggestion, and it's just that, a small suggestion...Maybe slow down,..just a tad... the last part after the dragon..Morgan Freeman ect...Those were pretty good, to my eye anyway, and deserve a couple of more seconds to view and absorb..Just a passing thought..

Can't wait to see where the next chapter of your journy leads you to..KEEP INSPIRED AND INSPIRING..

I liked that demo reel, how did you do the pull focus on the wings of the pterodactyl? Was that real or Photoshop faked?

Music worked because it fit the scary mood of your images.

    Really good!
