Cool designs. How did you get the diamond pattern to wrap around the handle of the hammer? If I had to guess, I'd say you did your UV layout in another app, with a cylindrical UV in the handle area, then you applied the diamond pattern to that area as a texture in ZBrush. I just don't know how you converted it to a mask. Would you mind outlining the process?

Thanks a lot man. For the diamond pattern i just turned on radial symmetry, set my count to around 8. Grabbed the drag rec brush and used a diamond shaped alpha i made in Zbrush using a cube and grabdoc. Then i jplaced each row by hand making sure they lined up pretty close.

actually, love the whole model! only part that needs work to my opinion are the horns...they look a bit "non solid" ...
keep it up!
another question...the chainmail? did u use the spread rings on a poly technique, or another one? (dont tell me you placed them by hand?? lol)

Love the model. I agree with the horn crit. It may be as simple as a color issue though and not modeling. Great job.
