mcteapot: thank you. the Evangelion anim is one of my most favorite series, and I think this guy could be similar kind of pilot.

Koyazzman: Thanks for the comments. I agree; the ears are a little big. I always to try to sculpt it smaller but this happens all the time.

ne3go: you are right. As I was beginning this head off a zsphere, I originally planed to do a female head. Thank you!!

kishkish: glad that you like the hair. my process is nothing special but 1.sketch the volume of the hair style 2. define the flow of the hair 3.define fine hair details with Dam_standard brush. I find that the more patience you have, the better result you get at the end. Thank you!
