Im sure she will love this painting. A work of art is never finished. Just left alone. I love the style and everything that is going on. You should get that as a tattoo!!

Beautiful! I love the depth and richness of the colors ! Why does everything have to be so difficult sometimes; you get ZBrush up and running and then the Print Shop doesn't deliver . I hope you'll get it printed in time!

Looking good Moni! If you'll have another go on the lighting, you could add a bit stronger and harsher rim light and some darker ground shadows under the characters.

    Thank you very much!
    calum5ZB:

Thank you very much, cal! Well, I won`t continue working on it. This project is closed, but I keep all that in mind for the next time .Thanks again!
    Disco Stu:

Hehe, I knew somebody would ask that! You got me there!
At the beginning there were 6 sticks.. bars? (I don`t know how to translate it... Gitterstäbe mein ich) but it didn`t look good because the firefly inside wasn`t visible anymore.
Well..it`s a lantern, so usually there`s glas. But I didn`t know how to do paint that and since the whole thing isn`t realistic I thougt it doesn`t matter.

    Nattawat_OBBI:
    Thank you very much!
    Marsyas:
Thank you very much, Geoff. Glad to hear you like it!
    lemonnado:
Vielen Dank nochmal.
    DAnconia:
Thank you very much! I truly hope she`ll like it! Regarding the tattoo -- I need it on my forehead. It would be a great suprise for my family. XD
    Energise:
Thank you very much! She`s living in Italy and she wanted a poster for her new house. We both don`t like expensive presents. Self-made things are way cooler.
    spimmy:
    Thank you very much, spimmy!
    Etcher:
Thank you very much, Geert! Yeah..I`m afraid that my damn PC devil is back!
While we`re on it -- there`s a little devil and an angel sitting on my shoulders. The little angel is sleeping. It was a long day. But the little devil never sleeps so he gave me an adivce. I can`t resist.. I just have to say it: Your backtracker is still toooooo small!
    InsoManiac:
Thank you very much! Maybe you can explain what you mean by `too clean`?
    Are you talking about dirt?
    undoz:
Thank you very much, undoz! And thanks for the advice. I`won`t continue working on it, but I`ll keep it in mind for the next time.
    rodion vlasov:
Thank you very much! Glad to hear you like it. As I said in my previous post -- I won`t continue working on it but I`ll keep on practise rendering.
    Al.Tintop:
Hey Timo, thank you very much!
    --------------------------
Actually I wanted to continue working on something I started a while ago but I just watched the new ZClassroom video. As a result I want to model an alien now. It`ll be just a test-model. I already experimented with all the new 3.5R3 features but some additional exercises won`t hurt.
I`ll post the first WIP pics tomorrow.
    Happy Zbrushing!
    Bye for now

    Santis: Thank you very much!
    Etcher: Hehe
Train22: Vielen Dank! Thank you very much, glad to hear you like them.

Here are some new WIP pictures. I started yesterday and I have no idea how it`ll look in the end.
I`m going to work on the hands, arms, legs and feet next. Then I`m going to try out some new techniques, the new brushes, some alphas and so on. I think he`ll get an armor because I need to practise with the hard surface brushes. I don`t know what I`m doing with his abs then.. I don`t want them to look toohuman..that`s all I know at this point.
Comments, critiques and tips very welcome. Thanks for watching!
