    Thank you Guti, Aberrant, Roger!

@Etcher: Yes, i usually do my own concepts and then i try to sculpt a 3d version. But seems like it's better to use an exisiting character to check my "skills" and learn how to go in the middle between comics and realistic style...that's why i tried with Death's Head and Ripclaw.
But i will post here all my own characters, anyway they are funny

I followed Vancross advice and tried to do a full body version of Ripclaw, starting from a very simple zsphere structure:

    Rip2.jpg

    Rip3.jpg

I need some RAM to do micro details, or a good retopology, but i'm so lazy....
I think i will polypaint it soon, see you!!!!

Awesome, the Ripclaw came out nice! You can always try to drop the sculpt to the canvas, turning it into pixols: then sculpting in the hyper detail over that. It won't be in total 3d any longer—but you can make a cool illustration with it.

@Vancross: you are right, i used the 2.5 for another work, but i want to wait my PC upgrade to finish my sketches...Windows likes to crash now

Nice job on Ripclaw! My critique would be that the spec is a bit blown out. I feel you could keep a lot more of your detail if you adjust your materials. The sculpt is awesome!

I really like it, especially the arms and the claws: they are beautifull!
The sculpt is awesome and also the paper sketchs are awesome!

@ HolyJames: thanks, maybe i will
@ InkySpot: thanks, i think i'll choose the Cyberforce members as they were in 1992, now i'm thinking about the beautiful Cyblade
@ Aberrant: thank you man, you are right. I think i have to re-do the shadows pass also and modify the pose, before i can get a great illustration..
@ guti: Thank you my friend !!!

    Hi all,

I've added some detail on the face of Ripclaw using retopology + XSI (to compose the body mesh and the face) and "project all"..it works fine

    Cyblade is coming soon
