Default DMAN3D - Sketchbook, WIPS and Evolution

Hello all. Thought I might post some of my doodles, experiments and efforts.
I am using ZB mainly in a learning capacity. I hope to integrate it into our
production pipeline at work. In the meantime just having fun and learning.
I wish I could say these were all done in an instant but the truth is I have been using ZB for a very long time and made nothing but utter crap (not that
    this stuff is great).

These are recent and I wanted to start a dump threat to get some input and
have a central place to hopefully monitor my own progress.

    Cheers

Thanks Fidget, appreciate it. Tough surrounded by the rediculously amazing work posted here.

Anywho here is a spin on a Ithorian. Hope SW purists will forgive me for taking
some liberties. Used to play SWG, had an Ithorian just thought I would try it
    out. About 1.5 hours.

    Hey thanks SolidSnakexxx, appreciate it.

Here another w.i.p. from tonights session. Thought I would give a Sullustan
a whack. Had him poly painted but ZB ate it at one point. No biggie just
as easy to do a second time. See if I can get to it in the next day or two
    little nutty at work atm.

Update to the Sallustan WIP. Polypainting and detailing.
The skin is a bit human but thought I would do this first.
Will probably to a mod to the paint job to give hime more
"alien" tones. Fun anyway. Or something else might grab my
    attention. Who knows!

    Cheers

Thanks Etcher, gonna try to keep at it.

I think this might be the last of fiddling with the sullustan model.
Try to move on to off the top of the head modelling.
Did not finish all the details on the head gear but the model has served
it purpose. Got that artistic A.D.D kicking in.

    Cheers,

Well here is the result of the wanderig mind. Yup its the old demon skull
bit. Just following my stylus around letting the left hand do its thing.

Im interested to see where it goes.

Thanks Etcher, trying to keep up the pace.
Here is where the demon skull above is going. Kinda at a pause to sort
out where Im going from here. Trying to get all my thoughts and nightmares
in one spot so to speak.

I want to get the horns more toward a natural look, like goat horns or the like
in terms of the surface texture. Err at least I think so.

    cheers,
