She's very pretty, no critique on the model. The boots are excellent.

Excellent!! Keep going!!!
It goes to show that when the pressure of a deadline is off, people can really take their time and work at their ultimate attention to detail!
Top stuff Captain!![]()
Thanks guys! Glad you approve. More to come on the boots. I'm starting to like how she's looking. I think this is more the direction I want to take on the rest of her outfit![]()
Hey cap, that is some great work you did on those boots! Lookin' forward to the next update. (and please, no more GoZ stuff... too painfull... me wants it too...

Thanks Geert, but no can do I'm afraid. I've already been using it quite a bit so far. Do you think I just imported those boots in? Hell no. GoZ from ZBrush to Maya on the old ones, re-flowed edges and reshaped them, click, back to ZBrush for some sculpting, reshaping and positioning, click, back to Maya again to hard edge all the buckles and stuff, and click back to ZBrush to detail them. I will certainly be using it for all the other stuff so look away now!
(3.5 has gotta be soon, right?!)![]()
Oh, didn`t see your update. Great work on the new shoes. I especially love the knee - plates...umm... sorry, don`t know the proper name. Anyways -- very well done, Captain.

Moni, thank you! I'd call them knee pads I guess, although they have metal plates on them like armour. So... not sure
More overdue updates - just been working on the arm 'acid' gun. All hard edged in Maya. Got stuck for a work around for the rotation of the forearm. In the end I decided it should all come from the wrist. So the hand can rotate up and down, and the forearm can rotate with the help of the semi-circular construction that's attached to the wrist. Just need to think of some costume ideas for her body. All C&Cs welcome as usual
New addition to the family:
Just had my Anatomy Tools female delivered today straight off the production line to go with my male one. I've been waiting quite a few months for it and I have to say it's real nice!

I can`t wait to see what else you come up with next time. Sounds like she`ll get a new costume? I`m curious about it.![]()
Ah nice! How much did those models cost?
I REALLY want to get some myself!!
maxinkuk: Thanks. Haha...Will do. Although I have threatened him that if there is any funny business I will confiscate his detachable *****!
slocik & dustbin1_uk: Thanks. She cost about £250 ($400). I think the price has just gone up though. I got stung for import tax though too!
PaulAdams: Thanks dude! Good to see you round here
threetails: Thank you! And thanks for taking a look
Moni-Poroni: Thanks. Yes I want to redesign her costume too. I guess that'll be in the next update![]()
