    Thumbs up

    Amazing characters!!!

Could you say me what is your workflow?
First you sculpt t-posed characters? After you posed characters and paint more details?
Or posed and sculpted like a sculpture? How works symmetry example in hands when the character posed?

thanks for the comments guys, it really feels amazing to get such a great response!

illusionist - thanks! my typical workflow is : after i have an idea i try to refine it, make some research, look for an awful lot of references, and if i can study life models. often i draw, or what helps the most is making small sketches with plastiline. i tend to do some work on a tposed character, but not too much, just proportions, maybe main masses and such, cause after posing i have to redo most things anyway. hands for instance i have to do over and over again, i have a very basic basemesh that i pose, but it deforms so badly, that I have to do them one by one. I also like to work on a full character as long as possible to see the whole thing, most of the times when zoomed in on a particular part it doesn't blend in, or the proportions are slightly off after a while. to be perfectly honest 70% of the personal stuff i do remains unfinished, and I never get back to it... I usually let them rest for a couple of weeks, and with fresh eyes i always see more mistakes, and rather start over from scratch. That's the problem with lack of free time, I only have 1-2 hours before I get tired, and when I'm not fully focused than work just leads to frustration.
