@Moni-Poroni: thank you, too! of course you can ask every question. yes, the nails are subtools. i went back to level 2 and extruded them. then inflat because there are very thin and then sculpt. i made the mistake to extrude every nail for its own.
i made i vid but when i tried to make1mesh out of the five nails zbrush broke down.
at the feet i directly masked all 5 nails to have just one subtool.
a closeup of the feet is attached...

so, here is my update:
i tried to make a bag for him.
i don't know if this is ok. but for now i'll take it how it is. very dirty sculpting... but hey, its a bag.
the red is wrong i think. but the flowerpattern will be in the final as well!
it has not to much polys like you see.

now i began make the environment. he will jump far into the blue!
i thought about giving him some friends awaiting his arrival.

the water is simply modified terrain and sculpted with some build in alphas.

here is a little update. i made one little friend. in the final one there will be many of them. but all the same with this little hat. i thought it would be funny if he cloned himself or something... i think i wont change this little guy anymore. maybe ill give him a fin on his back.

mr. fish has got a new little friend. the old one died....

after i exported the vid i forgot to save it...
so i made a new one.
and i started to texture mr fish. just experimenting with polypaint...
