SolidSnakexxx: Thanks man, but I still have a loooot of things to do. This is just a temporary mesh before retopo.

wethand: You're right, if I use this pose at the end, I'd certainly remove this pointing finger. Thanks for this good point!

Captain Sensible: Thank you Captain, I put his mask back.

    dustbin1_uk: Thanks!

gordon-v: Thank you for your input Gordon. I hope I'll make another pose that will be better than the first two.

    Y/Haüss: Thanks you Sir!

Trurl: I'm glad you like it, thank you!

cghuang: Thanks for giving me your thoughts on the mask. It was hard to chose, I like the expression I could have given to the unmasked face, but after all, it's an action hero contest and the mask is kinda mandatory for such a classical hero design. So mask on!

Moni-Poroni: Thank yoU! I'll probably make a real pedestal under his cape.

Juggertha: Thanks! Since the upper body is very busy with all his gadgets and stuff, I'll keep the legs very simple, that will be a nice area to show a little bit of anatomy.

BARON_3D: You're welcome, I'm always happy to share if that can help someone else!

    weirya: Merci Weirya!

The weekend is over, but I managed to define the design of the suit. Now I think I'm ready to start the retopo. I might have to revisit the design of the stingers, and I don't know if I'll keep the little hair thingies on his shoulders, but the rest should pretty much stay as is.

I wish you all a great week on your characters!

He is looking better and better every post!
good decision on the mask. I like the stingers too!
Nice idea with the hairs. but i would put them ont the back of the deltoids, or at least make them a little bit l onger and face them backwords. Maybe also some on his left forearm (batmastyle). Just some suggestions.
Looking forward to your next pose!

    have a nice week!

You are rocking this Cpt Hornet out nicely. The design seems to fit very well. The brighter head mask is also working wonder.

woah, man I love your character! I think those spikes could work if you add more of them - to the back/neck maybe?

Great! I agree that the spikes should go over his shoulder and round the back too. But be careful not to over do it!

    Thanks a lot guys!
I'll see what I can do with the spikes when I'll have the cape posed. They might disappear at the end.
Just a small update on what I am doing these days: Retopo!
As you can see, I'm preparing the mesh with polypaint. Few more elements and I'll be ready to do my final sculpt. I can't wait!!!
    Cheers!
