jp_smith: Haven't really given much thought to the base, but I reckon I'll just place him on a pile of rubble or something. Want to keep it simple so as not to detract away from the character as much. Cheers.

    mantegra,

Amazing. Flat out kick ass work.

How did you achieve the overlaping skin-sinewy area of the shoulder. Any chance you recorded a movie of the process?

    Incredible top flight work.

DAnconia: Thanks mate. Have taken note of your request and you will find a lot of new shots below.

ravioli_rancher: Thank you sir. For the melted skin area I just used the standard brush tool drew a lump of flesh, then flattened it down and pinched it so it looked tight and stringy. I also masked a few holes in the flesh and then recessed those areas inwards. It took a lot of work but I think it paid off.
No movie of the process I'm afraid but will be posting my transpose video and turntable soon enough.

Update: Wanted to get some polypainting done this weekend but felt that detail were lacking in some areas so I decided to do another refinement treatment of the whole model. Also did a base as well which took me 1 day. I will spend the rest of this week polypainting however the model will probably just end up being simple colour schemes since the deadline is end of this week.
