He looks like Feyd (Sting) from the 80s film version of Dune. The 2d concept actually looks like one of the other Harkonens, though, but he wasn't a well known actor so I don't know his name.

SolidSnakexxx, thank you very much !
Revanto, hi, I did'nt use any reference for the sketch but I see your point,
I own the dvd but I never watched the movie till the end .Maybe I can use Feyd later as reference (where's the spiiiice )

    Small update,
I decided to work from the bottom up, because I'm afraid to loose interest when I sculpt his face/portrait first...

I can't agree more with.. barbarossaX..you've got serious sculpting skill. BTW, the material you are using is really great. Do you mind pointing out to where we can grab this delicious mat?

Thank you very much guys ! really appreciate the kind words

The material was available at tweakcg(sadly gone) and was made by the very talented Adam Lewis.

but I found this post by troy1617
...also tweak cg forum was closed down it was a great forum with lots of inspiration and adam lewis was kind enough to post these matcaps when the forum was still alive thanks to him for these. all credit goes to adam lewis....

Thank you Lucky_1 for the mat. However, I've been trying to load it like 5 times and got stuck at around 27% is there a way to email to me (As it's not so big) If so would you mind sending to Yongkiatk@gmail.com. Much appreciated and thank you in advance!
