Cool characters, it would be good if they were to appear in another movie. There were so many amazing creatures in that HellBoy. I'd like to see the concept you are referring too, is that possible. Interesting to read comments of those who have'nt seen the film.

Turntables look good, I was'nt sure if you could post them thats why I asked. I googled them and found an article on RottenTomatoes that has an image of them, it looks alot like your model.

I like the holly/mistletoe leaves for wings, and the choice of those particular leaves, as they have alot of mythological/historical significance.

Right finally got the concept images tracked down. So basically I took the bits I loved the most from both concepts and the film version and developed my own version. So here are the concepts from the great people behind the original tooth fairy.
