I'm still kind of new to Zbrush, this is a speed sculpt test from a sphere. I followed a tutorial from scott spencer a day ago and did this shortly after.

Hi Jim! This is all looking nice! Looks like you're getting the hang of Zbrush just fine. Not much to crit as I like all your sculpts in their own special way.- if anything, I would work some more on the mouth and chin of your latest sculpt but you mentioned that it's still a wip. keep it goin!
here's my latest. did it this morning.
time: 1 hr 50

sandpiper- Thanks! nice to hear from somebody on here. especially someone in the business. love your work and nice website. where is the location of the place you work?? looks like you're doing some interesting things over there.
thanks
JimV
hey jim - yeah, your thread looked lonely and I thought I'd take a look. I'm surprised no one has commented on anything. You've got some nice work and it's excellent exercise to do those speed sculpts. And of course, fit in some nice finished pieces from time to time so people can know your fullest abilities.
glad you liked my website. It's always improving and I'm looking to add some stuff in the near future. I'm in Dallas, Texas right now with my company, Green Grass Studios.
small update. haven't had much time to work on it. just re-proportioned his body making him more lean and elf-like (i think) and i also touched the legs and torso a bit. let me know what you think of the model now.
crits are always welcome, and needed

Undoz- Thank you for the invaluable help and the inspiration!
i changed the face (more manimal) and body proportions. The entire face needs to be touched only spent a limited time on it. I've taken the advice of many to work on the entire piece at the same time. Moved the shoulders around a bit and re sculpted the torso for a rib cage. haven't touched the feet yet either.
Crits always welcome and needed. Hope you like!
