Lamprey are creepy as hell. Image looks a little flat. Get your blacks in there and maybe introduce some sss. See attached. Its from my inspiration folder, I found it online a long time ago, not sure who made it.

dustinbrown - great idea. I just dove into modo 401 and started messing around. thats the default shader + some photoshop love. the pic you posted was awesome! thanks!

me likie. no replacement for z but a great addition. I make all my base meshs in it now. the new render engine in it is rather nice.

Yeah it seems like it would be a great companion to ZB. You get a fantastic poly modeler, uv tools, and a full featured render engine.
