    Default Brainy Guy

Here's a silly render, created base meshes in Maya, refined and polypainted in ZB, back to Maya and rendered in Mental Ray

    Default Test Head

Hey all, here's a test sculpt I was tinkering with trying out Meats' wire technique and some material studies. I've been using this head I created quite a bit, the base mesh was created in Maya using a skull model ( as a base) I have had for years. I think I'm about done using this mesh though.

Some cool stuff you got here! I like that cartoony Brainy guy. And that psychedelic Giger-ish illustration is very cool.

    strangehighways:Thumbs up.
Marsyas: Thanks, sorry I didn't reply sooner, my hotmail account sometimes gets neglected.
I'm hard at work on ZBrushing, so I tend to forget everything else.

Hey Guys, here's a Mental Ray render of this project I've been working on (for a long time).

Thanks Cherub, I guess I should elaborate on the render a bit, before I pass out.

The entire model was worked in ZB from base meshes created in Maya, but the true majic is all due to ZB.
Then I took it back into Maya and went to town with Mental Ray.
The background is Dufus Castle, basically I PShopped the crap out of a photo
and sort of just fine tuned the render to match he background.

Anyway my eyes look like my render and my arm is about to fall off.

I'm not actually done with this image, I'm going to add some eyebrows, I'll get to that soon.
    Peace all.

Marsyas: Thanks, I'm having some issues with the Normal Maps, so I'm going to re-render that one.
Here's an anatomy study I was working on, I'll turn him into Dr Manhattan soon, when I'm done pulling my hair out with Nosferatu.

rouncer: Thanks, but there are definitely mistakes, and the sculpt took about two weeks between work.
ministerart: I actually posted the wrong images, I'm going to post the updated images shortly.

    Default Anatomy study: Update

Here are the updated images of the Anatomy study.

Things that were fixed are the serratus muscles (may not be %100.00 accurate), also the obliques (can't have one without the other), I also fixed the veins and added detail.
Of course this model is nowhere near complete.
