hey man, nice start your ear is missing some curves and things though, i started my head study bout 2weeks ago, this is what i got so far:

as for the ear you should try to accentuate this part

I think the ear is way too low it should be at around eye brow level, and the bottom of the ear should be around the lower end of the nose or upper end of the lip.

Watch the neck the main muscle, it should attack from the back of the ear to where the two collar bones connect.

Maybe post a side picture and we can get a better look at the dimension of the head.
