PS:Gave myself one Star. Oh the humor!

PPS: Nother one… Hmmmmm eye candy…

It’s actually not a simple ZB Helix… it’s a Tachyon Emitter.
One for the negative Tachyons. Fully charged (red…)!
Got the plans from a new friend.
It’s a part of her time machine!

“There was a lady named Bright,
Who traveled faster than light.
She once went away,
in a relative way,
and returned the previous night.”
(unknown)

Here is the contraption

why would you do such a thing as rating with only one star!!
ill give you five to make up your own bad rating!
i like this one its like a stylish “trendwhore” if youd want to call it one.
dont we love vray4c4d?? yes we do!
the thing bugging most is the L in the lemo tag on the picture.
you should definitly make the l match with the other letters!
hightwise i mean :+1:

ill definitly gonna have a closer look on those helixes youre talking from

i tried to do something like you did to a helix and i havent got a clue what to do.
i guess over all the hipoly madness im missing these skills.
would be great to get a how to on these deformations
neat materials and render on the time machine:+1:

Haha, the one star is in regards of a discussion in the community section…
And yes… it’s a render-effect-whore image 8)

Take a look at the deformations, and the masking and the ability to delete masked/invisible parts of the mesh. Then you can use morph targets to inflate geometry. You can create very interesting stuff very quickly. I love to use to drop those ‘things’ into interior render onto shelves. Makes them really interesting. We had to rapid prototype a couple in the past as clients for the renders asked for the funny item on that particular furniture.

PS:Yup, gotta work on that Lemo tag… Right now it’s plain Wadsworth Industria Font. I guess I should spend more than 5 minutes on a nice sig

I want some of what you’ve got Lemo, come on, hand it over. They’re very pretty…objects, for lack of any other word to describe them. Make moar!

Beautiful. Post more work.

Flappity, floppity, flip,
The lady on the LeMoebius strip.
The strip revolved,
The lady dissolved
In a chronodimensional skip.

5 stars to your highly polished steampunkishness!

(I get your masking, but not the brass part)

Time for your yearly stay at the place where

the trees talk and the dirt is made of chocolate.

Try to get room 3b

(They let you bring laptops now)

My therapist said I should post this:
Pimp my Helix! Zbrush with C4D and a sprinkle of Vray…

To Lemo said Dave the detective,
can it be that my eyesight’s defective.
Has your East bit got the best bits
and the West bit, the least bits,
or is it a trick of perspective?

Really cool creations Lemo. I really like them.

I clicked on this thread expecting lyrics from a bad 80’s metal band :stuck_out_tongue:
