Thumbs up Amazing Large scale work

I use to work with the sign industry in Austin, TX. I've helped make giant fruit, underwear and bugs out of foamcore. A actor's face is a challange. I am amazed at the likeness. What materials was it made of?

This is a great post! It would be interesting how this was translated from digital to the actual sculpt. Any pictures of a work-in-progress of the actual materialized scuplt?

The digital object is diced up into a milling strategy which is best for both milling and detail. For Meet Dave, this was completed using FormZ.
