looks great, i like the shapes of the model you can really see the bone structure of the face. you should post your reference for people to compare to.

I think the jawline needs a bit more definition as well as the ears. Then you should certain wrinkles more pronounced and add secondary details such pores,bumps, hair, and etc.

looking good mate. i think the eyes look ok but they might be slightly to big but nothing to bad. i realy like the mouth, you've got some nice shapes there.
