    Default Crazy Horse's WIP

    Hello!

I frequent this forum a lot but I'm really lousy at posting! To fix this I'm going to post all my personal WIP projects in this thread! I might post some work stuff as well. This way I might get some useful feedback to spur me on and actually finish some of them! LOL!

Well, enough said! First out is a pirate bust just for my own pleasure, more a study than anything! Still a lot to go on him!

Second is an illustration that came to me after reading about a place in Sicily where the village people for centuries have put their dead in the church basement, no coffins or anything. So I got the idea of a Dutch still life but with heads. Freaky... guess I am!

    Enjoy!
    P

Default Mini update! Just to keep the thread alive!

    Hi Guys and Gals!

So, have just fiddled with the pirates shirt, nothing fancy. Will try and get him finished. Problem is I always get new Ideas that demands my attention and then work of course! I want to introduce you to two new WIP's.

First is the Flamethrower, well that is what he is... He is based on a War Hammer miniature I found at www.beyondbeyond.com they have cool stuff!

Next is MY rendition of Link in Legend of Zelda, love the game by the way. This is more a darker version. I'm planing on giving him green leather clothes and boots. Like to hear what you guys think.

    Smile A small update

    Hey Guys!

Here is a small update on the pirate. Added strings to his shirt and an earring. The shirt is almost ready and I have touched up his face a bit. Any comments or pointers would be greatly appreciated!

    See ya in the pit!

I'm really loving that Link, The shapes you have setup show lots of potential. And the emo take on him is interesting. Looking forward to seeing that one progress.

    Default Long time no post!

    Hey Guys!

Havent updated my post for a long time, been occupied with work! I had 2 art shows in Germany and Sweden this past summer so it is all good! Here is a update to the Pirate. I used ZBrush, Max, mentalray sss and photoshop!
    Hope you like it!

bobby92! sorry for the late answer man! It is a simpel extrude and retopo for the shirt, for the hat it began life as a cube, subdivided 2 times split in half and then edge extrude for the rim with a shell modifier applied to give thikness.

    Cheers!
