    Default Logo : Atrium

    Hi all. This is a progress sculpt of a logo I'm making for some medicine students in Edinburgh, it's medicine related as you can see, just the sculpt so far then I will texture now:

    One problem I'm having I think tho is with the wings of the staff however I think I need to revise it.

    looking nice keep up the nice work. if your problem with the wings is that the other side is getting sucked in because the geometry is too thin try going to the brush palette and pressing the backfacemask button. now all polygons with the normals facing away from you will be masked automaticly. dont know if u know this jus a tip as i had that problem earlier. if u want a real looking feather try picking up the ones from the sculpturing a hawk tutorial those are really nice.

    Thanks guys glad you like, here's an update, is textured sorta, still needs more finalizing probably tho but i aint sure how to enhance it further atm or whether to keep lightning effect or not so I see what you guys think first:

    Here's image with and without lighning, not sure which to keep but i think I'm leaning towards without :
