I liked it with the rain also, although some details got lost and colors got a bit too strong in it, the image felt more as a whole and the background felt better integrated. The lower image quality of the background wasn't as noticable because of the rain layers, it is now. Composition issues aside , I love the model

Lol now Im confused, half people say rain is better half say it isn't (some said it's killing the image that's why) but that's why I'm gonna have to go with what I feel I like more in the end and I'm gonna go with no rain:

anyhow here is basically a more final iteration without rain (I fixed large toe made it smaller, fixed wrist size and slightly the skin ton variation but it is cartoony anyway, and I tried to blend it mroe with bg)
