another first work

Hello everyone. New to the forum and ZBrush (still in fanboy mode) and started this character today. Not working from concept or anything. Just making it up as I go to learn more about ZBrush.

I'm loving zspheres and the movie recording feature. Here is the base mesh from zspheres...

There's a video on veoh of me working on it. I love being able to watch me work... it's awesome.

It didn't turn out how I was envisioning it. Redid it tonight and this is more of what I was going for. Coincidentally it's favoring Wildmutt from Ben 10 (it won't have eyes).

I built the fingers and toes using the zsphere row method instead of from a central zsphere. I actually like that method better.

I'm happy with this so I'll start to sculpt tomorrow.

Worked on this some more.

Still haven't found a workflow that gives desired results I intended. With more practice that will change. Definitely learning a lot.
