    Default True Warrior

    Hi,
This is my last work. Jerome Le banner, a great K-1 fighter. I always enjoy watching his fights.
    Hope you like it.

Excellent work! 5 stars from me.

Any plans for taking this further?

Now all you need is one of those Dutch guys, cant think of the name right now, and you can set up a cool fight scene or animation!

PS: I'd put some more fine detail onto the gloves and shorts, btw. What app did you render the first images in?

I was laughing when the japanese guy KO-ed him , but hey, it really is Le Banner, great work! I don't really like these gloves, but the character is perfect.

highlander_72 -Thank you very much!! Well, My first intension was to texture him but I won't. yeah, It'll be cool to see him in a scene fighting Peter Aerts or Semmy Schilt
I'm not happy with the gloves and shorts but it's ok for now I want to start another model. I used Zbrush for modeling and Vray for rendering(just with a hdr-image as light source).

    Brutikong -Thank you!!

Snowflake - yeah!! I did a shooto gloves version but I'm not happy with those either. I put too much energy on the character that I was tired when I made the gloves and shorts hahaha. Thanks!!

Some nice details in this model. Good weight distribution in his stance. Perhaps his shorts look a bit like leather, or at least stiffer than I think they are supposed to be. Still a great model. Gonna watch this guy to see how he progresses.

This is already sweet. I agree with the shorts being too stiff, the hand pads could use more detailing and I think he could use a little red paint too. ;-) The sculpting looks so real, its like he is covered in greyish paint.

Webhead -Thanks!! Yes, actually Jerome use leather shorts sometimes. My main intention was to catch the likeness of Jerome and I think that I did it so I don't have any plans to texture him.

    Polygonman -Thanks!!

womball -Thank you, I focused on the modeling, any textures, just some simple shaders with some color. But this time I tried to make a decent render instead of showing only some zbrush screenshots!

PS: have a nice holiday everybody!!!

Great sculpt. you can probably just carry that blue colour over to the detail work on his shorts and be done with it. Keep up the great work!

    Vladiseco,

Very sweet sculpt, not sure how I missed this one. Nice to see others here have similiar interests as myself. Need Ernesto Hoost now .
I'd like to do some MMA fighters/scenes here soon though I'm sure it'll take me a bit to get around to it. Anyways very good work , keep it up hope to see more of your stuff here soon!!
