Thanks, all! I'm having trouble sleeping so here's a few more vids. The HD versions play larger on YouTube if you want to see them bigger.

    ---------------------

spaceboy412: Thanks! Love the Tori, btw. I would've posted in that thread if I hadn't already had some there. The brown one is simply named classic cause I thought it had more of a classic feel and couldn't think of a better name.

SpaceMan: Thanks, SpaceMan! Actually, I did have a few WIPs in the beta thread--I'll try to dig them up.

    Cherea: Thank you!

Moni-Poroni: Thanks, Moni! Glad you like it. I think I borrow much of my cartoony style from Bruce Timm, whose work I love.

    Gary Komar: Thank you!

Geoff, thank you so much for putting these vids up! I really love the paintings, and seeing them come to life is so awesome! When I watch you build up the images, I get the feeling you are sculpting with paint! Great! These three would be so cool to sculpt and polypaint! !

Here's just a few more vids and a WIP from my beta thread. Again, the HD versions are bigger on YouTube.

Etcher: Thanks, Etcher! I tend to feel like I'm trying to sculpt when I'm painting.

Moni-Poroni: Thanks, Moni! Hope they're somewhat helpful, even if my methods fluctuate a lot.

Thanks for putting these up! Great stuff! (btw had fun yesterday on re-viewing the previous vids you posted: I pressed play on all 3 vids and watched you paint 3 pieces simultaneously: intense!)

Thought I'd post some 3.5R3 beta images so I can promptly disappear again.

    disappear again to use z4?
the vamp girl and start/new are so really great, you put those new tools to use really well, i always love your sense of design, form and color.
you also seem to like hiding girls eyes which is something i used to do too, i think for me it was reading intron depot #1 back when that first came out but maybe something else.
    looking foreward to more!

Heeeey, you`re back! Looooong time no talk! Now I know what you and some other certain people were doing all the time. Hehe
I already saw one of your ladys in the R3 thread and I`m glad that you`ve posted more great images now. The silver armor looks amazing! I see you had a lot of fun.

Thanks, all! Btw, Marcus Civis posted a simple walkthrough of the Vampire armor in the ZBrush wiki: http://www.pixologic.com/docs/index....y_Geoff_Priest

It's linked to from the Unified Skinning section and the GroupLoops section: http://www.pixologic.com/docs/index.php/Unified_Skin

Unified skinning is a great way to quickly and evenly retopologize for further sculpting. And with the new Valance Smoothing, a clean topology isn't really necessary for clean results.

Here are a view modeling views of the images above:

    ---------------------

spaceboy412: Thanks! Dunno if I'll be that lucky. Do I always hide girl eyes... hmmmm. I'll have to analyze that.

Moni-Poroni: Thanks, Moni! Hehe, I was actually trying to slink away from the forums but the beta testing drew me back in...

    DAnconia: Thank you!

Wow, that's some awesome hard edge stuff. I'm not confident using the hard edge tools as yet. I just make experimental random stuff. I look forward to seeing a hard edge model made from a accurate reference picture.
