Yeahh!!! Thx pixologic, it's damn cool to have Zbrush caps!
Hey Seb. In the past you've referred to your heavy usage of masks when working on your human models. I notice your textures are spot on where your skin detial is concerned. Could you provide more insight into your process on that? Are you going into photoshop and somehow isolating pores/wrinkles/etc and creating textures to turn into masks?
beautiful job!!!![]()
Thx Little Sister
VeryGrimm: in fact, the skinpores don't match exactly the texture.
My texture is a bit smooth, because it's polypainted and most of the fine details come from the skinpores sculpting.
The extra detailing come from my shader: I've put a very sutile cavity that increase the sinkpore and darken it a bit, that might be why you think it matches the texure![]()

How you make the hair?
Andreseloy
True that's a good question, I always find hair tedious to model, even to texture etc. Is there any easy / reliable method I wonder.
thats amazing, seb. Love your characters.
I would also like to know how you did the hair. And how much of it is post work in PhotoShop?
cheers and thanks for the material.![]()
Wonderful work as always Seb !

The photoshop work is photoshop is mainly color adjust (contrast), blur around the shape to simulate a subtile depth of field, and paint fakes hairs lines outsie the haircut to blend it with the background.
The hair piece is basically a helmet, I painted hairs locks in projection master, in black and white, converted them in black and white, deleted the unmasked parts. So ou have very clean locks.
I blended the locks by painting there end in black and and add few more directly on the skull underneath.
