some awesome stuff in here. for some reason i thought you already had zbrush.

I have to say that you have come a long way since the nurbs/rhino days.
have fun with zbrush. its definitely one of those packages you can just dabble in.

Thanks man! You, Mario Ucci and Kolby Jukes are the main reasons I try to keep improving my work. If I could just wrap my head round non-organic modeling I'd be plucking your brain for demo reel ideas. As it is, I'm lucky to have time to model at all though. Still, the fact you took time to drop in means alot to me. Thanks again and thanks to everyone for all the encouragement!

Silly questions... Is the Monarch all on piece or multiple objects? Can you post the wires? Same base I suppose?

The Monarch is all one piece except for his crown and the bead on his forehead. Not my greatest work by far but fun...those blasted eyebrows nearly got the best of me.

I'll post some wires in a few. It's really just a variation of the base mesh posted earlier but I'll be happy to post 'em.

    Here's a minor update.

Edit... I'm still trying to figure out what to do with his hands, hence the poor development on them so far. Do I want him holding something (or someone)? Do I want him to be making angry fists? Do I want to give him claws or fingers or pads....ah the list goes on. The trouble with endless possibilities is that they're endless.

The hulk model from earlier. Sculpted in ZBrush and post worked in Photoshop.

EDIT: Updated the image with a slightly lighter version.

Ewwww...... it looks like a hairless mutated lab rat. And I'll bet it smells funny. Great work none the less.

Your work is looking REALLY great Teyon - VERY NICE

I'm loving everthing about these recent pieces: the design, the volumes, and you work on the wrinkles and folds

Thanks gang! #55 was done with ZSpheres and regular subd. No HD mesh use. It's my first try using just ZSpheres so I'm glad you guys like it!
