Hi Antropus. His looking really cool. I have a question..You say you re-did the uv's. Did your model not go all screwy when you reImported into zbrush? I've tried this and when i go up in devisios my model gets all freaky.
    Thanks for your time.

    Cheers
    Brett

Looks really nice mate, i think more reflective material for the eyes would add allot to the pic like you said... my only crit would be on the unshaded renders above.. the calfs look really odd, more like he has a couple of tennis balls in his trousers.. as you have said before these are part of his character but do tend to stick out like a sore thumb, maybe lessen them alittle, but apart from that top notch as usual .

I always loved Marty Feldman and this model is shaping up to be superb. Really looking forward to seeing the completed render. Excellent work!

    Thanks for your comments.

    brettSinclair,
it works perfectly. There are a bunch of threads here at ZBrushCentral about how to solve any problems you might have.

About the weird joints, well, I don't know what they've put inside of his clothes to make the joints to look weird but here is a pic that shows a profile:

Now, looking at the pic, I think I should exaggerate a little more

@BrettSinclair: If your ZTool goes screwy after re-importing a level1 mesh, it's likely your 3D app re-ordered the verts when importing (from the ZB generated OBJ) or exporting (a new OBJ, with the clean UVs to ZB).

@Antropus: Wicked sculpt. Seems quite a lengthy workflow to get the results, but good results nonetheless "Fronkensteeeeeen!"

ha ha... looking at the ref it really does look like they used tennis balls, i suppose it just comes down to accuracy or astetics and which is more visually pleasing.

Looks great kris! You have to do the label on the jar to make it complete, as you mentioned. It is so funny that I never noticed those tennis balls at his joints before. That will give me a good reason to watch the movie again.
