This is one of my first sculptures in Zbrush, still learning a lot of the program, getting my sculpting skills in the program up to par first. Please let me know what you think. I think the next step is to rebuild the topology so it is less polys in areas. I plan to do an illustration with it.

One of the things i am doing is just sculpting a ton of stuff and saving the tools. i plan to have certain ones up for free use so people can play with them as they wish. I hope i am able to contribute to those that need help even though I am still learning myself.

    Hi people,

here are a few of the models I have been working on.
Both rendered in C4D and modelled in C4D and Zbrush2.

First one is of a giant for "Jack and the Beanstalk".

This other one is an alien and I would like to thank my mother in law for the influence.

I am yet to have a play with zbrush 3, it seems to slow when I am playing in it. Maybe my mem settings need adjusting. If anyone has any ideas, let me know.

Matasorapit, try going to prefrences>memory>compact mem and see what its set at. I think the general rule of thumb for ZBrush 2 was to not exceed the amount of ram in your system with that #... so 1 gig of ram means dont go over 1024, 2048 for 2 gigs of ram, etc... hope that helps. Also try the prefrences>performance option and see if you should be using multithreading.
When you start to think of what everything around you would look like in wireframe, does that mean you have problems?

    Default first try

Been meaning to learn Zbrush for quite some time. Im an architecture student during the year, but now that I have the time to learn something new, I got Zbrush 3 and have been playing with it for the last few days while watching as many tutorials as I can find. Here is my first sculpted face from a zsphere. Any hints would be great. Thanks
