i downloaded the ripple tutorial, and as usual began doodling. I came up with this image which I found interesting. Thought I woulld share it with you.

I did a little clean up this morning. I think that originating from a doodle, the cleanup improved the image a bit.

very very nice image...I like the crystal effect it seems to have...and I like your use of blues and lavenders....you keep this up and I will ahve to quit cheating in my psp program for my water..

I think you were right to remove the violet tones, as they were warming the palette too much...
