zbrush>max, displacement not quite right

[edit]I’m really sorry, I just realised I posted this in the wrong forum, can a mod move it to the right one please [/edit]

Hi, I’ve just started to use Zbrush recently and after finishing a piece I decided I wanted to bring it into 3Dsmax to render. I’ve been having huge problems doing this. I watched 3 video tutorials, read 10 other website tutorials, finally found one that worked, and finally seemed to be all ok, however when I render it, there are parts of the displacement map that seem, well not detailed enough. If i up the strength, it starts to go too far on the otherparts, also there is one part of the model where there is “pinching?”. I don’t really know how to fix this, is there anyone here who has encounted this sort of thing and knows what I’m doing wrong?

Here's pictures to show exactly whats wrong. Origional mesh made in 3dsmax: Screenshot of Zbrush at 4 Subdivisions finished:

The render I’m trying to make in 3dsmax. (look at the veins at the top of the head and look at the top part of the neck at the pinching):

Thanks in advance.
