pixol to pixel aspect ratio

Hello I hope this question is appropriate for this forum. I have started using the zapplink plugin to paint out seams in textures that originate in photoshop, and I noticed that the pixol to pixel aspect ratio is off giving the adjustments made through zapplink a blurry look. I have read the tutorial on correcting this http://www.zbrushcentral.com/zbc/showthread.php?t=27680, but I was wondering if it is possible to create plugin that could adjust and lock the aspect ratio so if you wanted you could lock in the aspect of 1 pixol = 1 pixel. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

I’ve nemtioned something about this a long time ago because no matter how hard I try I can never get the 1 to 1 ratio right.

I’ve suggested a plug-in or function that would automatically scale your model based on texture size and screen resolution. It would be helpful.

Yes it would.

Yep! And when you accidentally doubleclick on the scale icon while adjusting it’s always time to get the chew toy out of the fdrawer to eliviate the rage as the scaling jsut went bye bye again… It can be tedious at times…

Man lemonnado I did not even think of that.
Thanks for uh pointing that out

@Lemonnado: Do you mean when you are slowly aligning/scaling your mesh, but as you hold alt and move your mouse only a tiny bit to get it perfect, it registers as an alt click and fits the mesh to your screen? GAAAH I HATE THAT!!!

Or you use the globe thingy to rotate it and when you almost got it it flips 180 degree and you alignement is off asw far as it can be hahahaha.

But you know that you can enter scale rotation and position manually to prevent all the problems!
