    Default Forest Gampi

    Hello,

this is my forest Gampi. It's wild and hungry. So keep space to your screen.
The base is build in Maya, Displacement in ZBrush, Texture in ZBrush.
Rendered in Maya/MR 5000x3500 pixel. Hope you like it.

    Cheers

    Ralf Stumpf

    As always superb.

    Hurray.

Infact I intend to take a tour through your gallery to remind myself how fine your work is.

It's the elegant flow of the line that describes your characters which I greatly admire, even without textures they are fantastic.

Aaawwww, he looks so cute when he is angry. Great work Ralf I have always admired the way you achieve clean definition of all the major features. This one included, but this time all the small details really bring it to life.

At the risk of feeling the need for highly saturated food I have to say..... I am loving it.

looks like a "nasty bugger" to me...even if the position of the clumps of fur on his body reminds me a bit of a less ferocious sort of doggie !...that is ,if you have not seen the Ang Lee movie :" HULK" !

You produce such amazing work I feel my head exploding in slowmo when I look at it.

Great character Ralf and superb texturing, too!

Reminds me a bit of my still unfinished 'Cyclops' skin:

    Thanks guy's,

I learn a lot on this project. I saw the strengthen and the borders of the software.
This creature is done in two and a half week from scratch. I build it in a neutal pose.
The rig and posing is done in Maya. I rendered with a displacement a color and a control map (the control map drive the procentual textures). All maps are done in
    ZBrush.

    Cheers
