It's OK to have multiple images in your thread. Just wait until the previous thumbnail has dropped off the bottom row before you upload a new image. You don't have to go back and delete the older images.

No worry man I thought it was a fools day joke!

After seeing someone put a zbrush hair on his model I give my model the same treatment. The hair was made in two minutes, I will re-do it later to give it a proper hair style.

That's what I tried to tell with the pict. Also the ear is too high and the jawbone is starting behind the ear (no joke) :-)
