    Default X-Men Sentinel Challenge

With the new X-Men 3 movie coming out in may, I didn't see any Sentinels in the teaser.
    http://www.x3movie.com

BTW, the definition of a sentinel:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sentinels_(comics)

Anyway, I was thinking anybody that frequents this site can do better than what might be in the movie:
    http://www.moviesonline.ca/movienews_2711.html

Anyway, I went around the net and found a few examples of what a sentinel should look like.

Any fans of the "Legend of Wolverine" or "The Phoenix Saga"?

I challenge you talented artists to do a sentinel model.

    Default Great Challenge....

But isn't it kind of difficult to do the technical stuff in ZBrush? I'd like to give this one a go though, using the techniques described here:
    http://www.zbrushcentral.com/zbc/sho...ighlight=robot

Hope others give it a try too.

It's the weekend now, so hopefully we all have some time to sling some work out. Does anyone have a link to a sentinel with Jubilee in a mall?

Default I wanna see Sentinals up to my eyeballs on this thread!!!

A very kool challenge thread if anyone will bite, lets hope there's tons of posts. This is very promissing to anyone who wants to test their creative metal as their are so many variations they can just dream up their own new breed!

I sketched out an idea for a sentinal concept (was away from Z). Left a few of my original ideas out of my first sketch so I might do another closer to my original vision.

    Hey everyone,

Just started with zbrush and decided to try this. Got a rough head done, but don't think I'll be completing an entire sentinel -- or any detailing on this. Lots of edge creases used, but the model still wants very much to turn into something organic. Hope you enjoy the pictures. Any feedback would be appreciated!

    Multi-markers are ... odd!

After spending the better part of a week trying to come to grips with the multimarker tool I needed professional counseling and medication and still have not recovered completely
