NanoTile Textures Plug In Help

I am seeking help to figure out what I am doing incorrectly with the NanoTile Texture Plugin. Each time I create seamless maps with the plugin the texture maps produced are offset as indicated in the attached image. These are the bump, height, normal and ID maps. As you can see they are not centered. Also, the resolution I have set is 2, which should yield only 4 nano mesh objects, but as you can I have 16 objects. This happens regardless of whether I use nano, wrap or visible. Thanks you for your response.
