Tamotsu Kishida's Sketchbook

I made the International Harvester’s crawler tractor TD - 9 manufactured in the 1940s - 50s.
I modeled it almost with ZModeler.
Texture was made with Substance Painter and rendered with Marmoset Toolbag.

Thank you. I am better at ZModeler than sculpting.

fantastic work.

Thank you Nun_MIMDIAmond.
Your work is also wonderful.

From now on I am just going to link to this anytime anyone ever says zBrush is for organic modeling only and cant do hard surface modeling.

Out-freaking-standing work! :+1:

I hope you will do some breakdowns on how you made this and would love to know the polycount.

Test

Amazing and impressive work! :+1:

I’m in awe. You should create a tutorial for this. No one would ever need a hard surface tutorial again.

bp72 :

Thank you so much.I looked at total polycount.

  • ZModeler editing polycount : 278,563
  • I am using Dynamic Sub Division with ZModeler. So Polycount is getting low.
  • Low poly : 1,156,905
  • High Poly : 7,854,002
  • (for baking normal map)

Thank you.

I have been making old Piaggio Ape since November of last year. I completed it so I will upload it.
I modeled it almost with ZModeler and rendered with Keyshot.
