Hate to tell you this Jazz but while I could download the file....I get an error that it either an unknown file or it is corrupt. So I could not view it.

if you still have the tool saved why not load the document and it at the size you did before then hit the aahalf button perhaps this will reduce the size of the file a bit and perhaps it will be small enuf to upload?
