Game Models

I recently bought the game Cities Skylines, it has the feature where you can import your own props. Now on looking up the modelling tutorials it has 3D Max as 1 programme which I haven’t got. Blender is used in other tutorials, which is a programme I have never mastered. Has anyone produced game ready models in ZBrush only, which is about the only programme I am likely to be able to do it in. Obviously the scaling is important and the texture maps, I only ever use polypainting. I am not the greatest digital artist I must confess, but I would like to make my own input into the game.

Any advice from those who do this would be gratefully received , thanks in advance.
