Wormholes were first introduced to the public over a century ago in a book written by an Oxford mathematician. Perhaps realizing that adults might frown on the idea of multiply connected spaces, he wrote the book under a pseudonym and wrote it for children. His name was Charles Dodgson, his pseudonym was Lewis Carroll, and the book was Through The Looking Glass. ***8212; Michio Kaku

Default Autodesk's Sculpt 123 app for iPad

Just saw this app, the app is available today for the iPad only, and is free for a limited time in the Apple App Store. Whenever the “limited time” comes to an end, the app will cost $.99.

    Check out the demo: http://techcrunch.com/2011/08/10/scu...8TechCrunch%29

Autodesk should start looking at fixing some of the bugs that have been in Maya for release after release before they spend the time on this garbage.

    Default Brilliant iPad sculpting app.

Garbage? I beg to differ. Give it a go and see. It's the best new app I've put on the iPad. It feels like an iPad version of Sculptris, with the same unbeatable pricetag. Along with 123D and Project Photofly, Autodesk's giveaways seem to me to be very helpful. All three for free. After the disappointment of things like iDough, this is brilliant.

There aren't many critical reviews for this app, although some point out there's no export. Maybe that's where the $99.00 will come in. First though they have get us addicted , he he he.

Thanks for the tip. This is going to be fun.

Correction: I now see the OP wrote it will be .99 not 99.00

123D is pretty amazing really. The lack of obj export is the catch, but that little switch can flick any day.

I hope pixo is aiming to compete in the tablet arena. 123D has proven the pressure sensitivity, while useful, is not essential to modern digital sculpting.
