Post Some Studio Max (close up of JTHM added)

This was the first ever head that I tried to create in Studio Max, let me tell you, Studio Max is not an easy program to create heads in.

Dont know how many of you have heard of Johnan Vasquez, but he does a comic called Johnny The Homicidal Maniac. Here is my 3D version of this character. All textures were created by me in Adobe Photoshop. He started out as a couple simple objects, sphere for his head, box for chest, legs, hands, feet, arms.

One more. This is a slug.....Started as a simple box, texture was one that came with 3D Studio Max. Text was done in Studio Max as well.

Glad you made it to the right place, and I hope you didn't think I was coming down on you, D/S...

This is some nice stuff, and I really like the 'Johnny' piece...I've never heard of the comic, but your interpretation is fantastic!

I'll agree, MAX is tough for head modeling...subdiv or no. It's challenging.

I appreciate the efforts you've shown here. The slug is great. Reminds me of the old "Blob" movie, the way the text is executed.

    Johnny is WAY cool.
